Hello Abundant Life Family Chiropractic Family!

There are some exciting changes coming! Many of you have already met Ms. Carla (she will be with us a few hours every week).

Each year we are required to update your insurance information.

"Why does my chiropractor need my insurance information updated" - well, that is a great question!

In the glorious state of Alabama, Dr. Lasseter is considered a "primary care" doctor. What it means to you is that she is able to make referrals to all other specialties and more!  Even if your insurance is NOT being filed - in the event a referral, xray, advanced imaging etc. needed to be ordered, not having the update delays the process if a pre-certification is required (medical jargon). Has Dr. Darla situation where she didn't have the updated information - yes, she has.

Please take the time to take a photo (front and back) of your insurance cards. You can send them to us by responding to this email, through the text thread or SKED, or have them ready for us to make a copy the next time you are in the office.

Also, for some of you - we are restructuring your care plan to include any available insurance visits!

If you have questions - we will do our best to answer them!
