There are some exciting changes coming! Many of you have already met Ms. Carla (she will be with us a few hours every week). Each year we are required to update your insurance information. "Why does my chiropractor need my insurance information updated" - well, that is a great question! In the glorious state of Alabama, Dr. Lasseter is considered a "primary care" doctor. What it means to you is that she is able to make referrals to all other specialties and more! Even if your insurance is NOT being filed - in the event a referral, xray, advanced imaging etc. needed to be ordered, not having the update delays the process if a pre-certification is required (medical jargon). Has Dr. Darla situation where she didn't have the updated information - yes, she has. Please take the time to take a photo (front and back) of your insurance cards. You can send them to us by responding to this email, through the text thread or SKED, or have them ready for us to make a copy the next time you are in the office. Also, for some of you - we are restructuring your care plan to include any available insurance visits! If you have questions - we will do our best to answer them! Thank you for your patience! Hello Abundant Life Family!
Prayerfully you had a wonderful time celebrating the 250th birthday of this nation. Oh what a Savior we have in CHRIST JESUS to breathe in the air HE tailor made just for us! Many of you know that this closing is a mid-year check for me, a time to wrap up anything from 2025 and get the first half of 2026 in the rear view!!! Well, it is a good thing I am "bendy" (oh, HE has been working on my "bendiness" for quite a while ). The top 3 things "I" put on the list remain - untouched. Again and again, ABBA is tenderly reminding me of what is important to HIM! And one of those very important things - is you - yes, you! HE has prepared a place for you right now, a place where HE has already spoken, "Peace be still"! A place where the enemy fears to tread, a place where you have a table set, a green pasture, and a still reservoir of water. This place of peace is a place of renewal, refreshing, restoration, reformation and a rekindling of your desire for HIM - the ONE that made you! How do you get there? Well, GOD's position has not changed! HE is still right where HE has always been - EVERYWHERE - HE is an omnipresent GOD - there is no one like HIM! So today, I see you, HE sees you and HE is right there with you! Oh FATHER GOD, thank YOU for breath today as we call out YOUR name - the name above every other name - JESUS the CHRIST - YESHUA HAMASCHIACH! HOLY SPIRIT open our eyes to see YOU and the glory that surrounds us as we breathe and move in sync with YOU. Thank YOU for loving us and staying close! Thank YOU for always being right on time and staying with us. Thank YOU for healing our minds, our bodies, our spirits! Thank YOU for preserving our future and sending us others along the way to walk with us! LORD JESUS, love on everyone that reads this email and remind them of YOUR love and that they are YOURS and YOU are theirs. Oh, how sweet it is to trust in YOU - JESUS - just to take YOU at YOUR WORD - just to rest upon YOUR promise - just to know 'thus saith the LORD'! Prayerfully you have enjoyed the the warmer temperatures - even with a little rain ... ! March 26, 2026 will be 14 years since the first day Abundant Life Family Chiropractic opened its doors to serve Boaz and beyond! Oh how glorious it has been - not always happy (life is full of ups and downs) - but always JOYFUL- the joy of the LORD CHRIST JESUS is our strength! I have been able to witness healings and many miracles - not only during office hours, but in the events I have had the privilege to host over the past 14 years! I have built a life around the hours that are on the door! And I have a routine that works great! I have seen many of you outside of those hours - LIFE HAPPENS - and when you reach out - it is an honor to serve you! My availability is not limited by the hours on the door! Praise GOD! Oh how ABBA has a way with HIS rod and HIS staff! HE comforts, protects, and disciplines us with HIS perfect timing. HE will bring us into alignment with HIM - if we are willing to go! And here am I - saying yes to HIM - HE is doing a new thing and in doing so - HE is not only stretching me - HE is tenderly caring for all of you in the process! Contractions cause expansion and as HIS word indicates in Isaiah 54:2 - to enlarge the site of your tent - this year 2026 (5786) - the year of the Vav - the tent peg - and in order to expand the tent - contracting is happening for a time! The week of February 23rd - Abundant Life Family Chiropractic will welcome new hours - y'all, please pray for me! Instead of full days on Monday/Wednesday - we SHIFT to full days on Tuesday and Thursday! Wednesday is just for the afternoon (3 pm - 6 pm). No Monday adjusting hours as of this season! There is much coming and Mondays help us train, prepare, AND make room for expansion! Is this easy? - No! Necessary? - yes! I have resisted for a time - but in order to go where HIS river is river is flowing - I must surrender and be willing to go! The best days are yet to come!!! We will do our best to make this shift easy - prayer - much prayer! I love each of you and I am so excited to share the MORE that is coming as HE directs every step! Oh ABBA - touch each person that you have sent to Abundant Life Family Chiropractic! Bless them as they come and as they go! Remind them of the things YOU have promised them! Bring back to their remembrance what YOU have said to them in the secret place! Reveal YOUR plans for their lives! Bring YOUR word to life right before their eyes! HOLY SPIRIT keep guiding them into the truth of who YOU are and whose they are as they ask, seek, and knock! Thank YOU for blessing them and keeping them safe! Thank YOU for ordering their steps and making a way when there was no way! Thank YOU for sheltering them during the storm and being a refuge for them! YESHUA HAMASCHIACH, we cannot thank YOU enough - there are not enough words in our language to express the gratitude we have for YOU! What a year it has been! It is a challenge to believe that August is here, kiddos are back in school and life is full speed ahead! This year the team is going on a trip together - a resting trip - the last week of August - yes, it is almost here - we will be CLOSED August 28th through Labor Day! As much as we are looking forward to this trip, we also want you all to know how much we appreciate you! I speak for the entire team - we love doing life with each one of you! You enrich our lives more that we can say! Remember: you can reach us via SKED text while we are gone! I wanted to share an update with you on those team members that have breezed through our lives!
Ecclesiastes 3:1 says it like this: "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" I am sharing a new season with you so you can celebrate with us! Our Robin has an amazing testimony - some of you have heard parts of it. Since she came to Boaz, she has become my best friend and I love her dearly! She has been given an opportunity to sow into Adult and Teen Challenge in Hayden, AL and serve as a Life Coach. I want to believe that it will be a short season and she will be back with us sooner rather than later - God is in control and I trust Him! If you have been blessed by Robin - let her know - she is truly a vessel that God is working through and she is going to speak life into ladies who need to know they are important to our Heavenly Father! (Her last "official" day will be Thursday, September 7th)... Lauren Reynolds will be joining the team this week! Welcome her - she is no stranger to Abundant Life Family Chiropractic - she is transitioning from loving on fur babies - to loving on people - which she has a heart full of love from the Father to give! She also has a beatiful testimony of the goodness of God! Father God, thank You for every season of life that You give us the strength to walk/run/crawl through. Thank You that You will never leave us or forsake us! Thank You that we can call on Your name and expect You to answer us and show us things that we can't even imagine You have reserved for us! Thank You that You don't leave us in our messes! Thank You that You make a way when there seems to be no way! Thank You that You sent a Comforter - Holy Spirit to lead and guide us through every season of our lives! I love You Lord! I love Your Presence! Father God, pour out lavish oil from heaven on Your sons and daughters! Jesus - do what only You can do! Holy Spirit rest on us as we surrender all to You...may we worship You in spirit and in truth as we praise You - Lord Jesus - in all we do!!!
