Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy
Wellness Practice Members (evaluations approximately every 6 months)
Thank you for trusting us! We make every effort to keep your calendar updated, give you access to make changes, and send you reminders and notifications of your appointments scheduled with us.
Should you have a scheduled visit that requires a confirmation from you, we are asking that you confirm and or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. The appointments included in this policy are the ones you cannot reschedule on the SKED app - the appointment you have approximately every 6 months: Your reassessments that let us know how you are functioning and healing. :)
Effective June 1, 2023, any established practice member who fails to show or cancels/reschedules a re-assessment/re-evaluation/health review appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a no Show and charged a $25 fee.
Any established practice member who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment with no 24 hour notice a second time will be charged $50.
If a third No Show or cancellation/reschedule with no 24 hour notice a third time should occur the practice member may be dismissed from the practice.
Any "regular chiropractic" visits can be rescheduled by you in the SKED app - these are not the appointments that require confirmation...
At this time all "regular chiropractic appointments" will receive a reminder text the day before, 1 hour before, and a missed appointment text if it is missed.
We understand - life happens - and there may be times an emergency, or an urgent situation arises. We are sensitive to life and how situations unfold. This policy is to help, not hinder. We want to deliver the best care and support to you and your family. Contacting the office can be accomplished via phone (leaving a message even after hours is available), text, and email - we are here to walk/jog/run this marathon of life with you!
